Nitro Sign - How to add to Outlook
To add the Nitro Sign add-in to Outlook, open Outlook and go to the Home tab (or File > Manage Add-ins). Select Get Add-ins, search for "Nitro Sign" and click Add. Once installed, the Nitro Sign option will appear on your ribbon, allowing you to send attachments for signature.

How to Enable and Use Nitro Sign
Install: In Outlook, click Get Add-ins from the Home ribbon. Search for "Nitro Sign" and click Add.
Access: Once added, the Nitro Sign icon will appear in your Outlook ribbon.
Send for Signature:
I. Open an email with the attachment you want to have signed.
II. Click Send via Nitro (or the Nitro Sign option) in the top ribbon.
III. A panel will open on the right; click Log In to connect your Nitro account.
IV. Follow the prompts to upload and prepare your document for signature.
Troubleshooting
Add-in Not Appearing: If the Nitro ribbon does not appear, ensure you have enabled the add-in via File > Manage Add-ins.
Desktop App Integration: If you are using Nitro Pro (desktop software), you may need to ensure the Outlook add-in is enabled in the Nitro Pro support tools by going to Help > Support Tools > PDF Creation and ensuring "Microsoft Outlook" is checked.
