Scenario
You have installed the Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent, which updates available signatures every 60 minutes. However, you would like to force an update to access available signatures sooner.
Resolution
You can force a signature update if you have Admin or Editor permissions in Exclaimer. For more information about permissions, see User Management.
To force a signature update, re-run the Agent from your Start menu.
- Open the Start menu or type Exclaimer in the Search bar.
- If using the Start menu, locate and expand Exclaimer Ltd.
- Open the Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent application.
This will close the Agent if open and re-start the signature update process.
